Having food allergies has forced our family to get creative in the kitchen, especially during the holidays. With peanut, tree nut, egg and dairy allergies between 3 of our 4 family members, holiday meals were missing the common side dishes and desserts my husband and I had growing up. After a few years of not being able to indulge in these dishes, I decided to hunt down ingredient substitutions to come up with delicious dishes for our holiday meals that were free of all offending allergens.
Last Thanksgiving, I made a vegan pumpkin pie with tofu that tasted just like a regular pumpkin pie – DELICIOUS!
And that’s just one example.
In my free e-cookbook, you will get a few helpful and simple holiday recipes that are peanut, tree nut, egg and dairy free…so also vegan for those of you who choose a dairy free and egg free lifestyle. Nothing is from scratch, and everything is easy. They had to be easy recipes for the gal who was raised with boxed cake mixes, frozen store bought pies and quick stuffing.
If you really like the e-book or any of the recipes in it, please e-mail the e-book to your friends and family, post about it on your blog, tweet it, and share it on Facebook, Pinterest, or wherever ever else you share your favorite recipes!
Happy Cooking and Baking!!
