I wanted to share these videos I stumbled onto while browsing YouTube today. They are all by the famous Dr. Oz and give his tips for health, longevity, and weight loss.

I found the weight loss video particularly interesting, especially the belly weight issue. I have a lot of belly weight gain, more than what is healthy in Dr. Oz’s 3rd video listed above. I expressed that in a previous post where I was concerned I may be pre-diabetic. I still haven’t gotten the results of that blood draw. I’m calling them tomorrow for answers.
I’ve already started taking steps, though, and I have a basic plan laid out for better health in the new year. In the next week, I will bring that plan to the web and share it with my readers.
