That is an amazing thing to do. Excellent. A lot of people have done similar things, like eat carrot sticks or something. Water, though, that’s a great idea. Congratulations on quitting!

I quit smoking last year and the way I did it was to drink water whenever i would ordinarily smoke. Whe the girls in the office went out for a smoke break I still went out, but I never went anywhere without a water bottle… I really felt great with all that extra water.
