I've been to some cookouts where the smoke was so insane, I started coughing. At the very least, I could feel it polluting my body. We BBQ'ed on Fathers Day, and my husband said the grill was smoking too much. Thankfully, though, the breeze took it away from me and it didn't fill the backyard - just went up and away. And how about barbequing? When someone knows how to, it isn't a problem, but when they're firing up their meatpackage I have to stay inside and close all doors and windows. I agree too.
